No proprietary blends, no hidden fillers, just the real food doing the work.

five-source plant protein
Pea, brown rice, pumpkin seed, almond and hemp give you a complete amino profile your gut can actually digest. No whey, no dairy.

real nuts & seeds
Almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pumpkin, chia & flax seeds, all there for crunch, fibre and genuinely good fats.

a quinoa & oat base
Whole grains that keep digestion slow and steady. They're the wholesome body that holds every bar together.

naturally sweetened
Real sweetness and cocoa for flavour. Never maltitol, never sucralose, never artificial syrups.
eight things you won't find in our bars.
whey protein
Dairy waste left over from making cheese. It bloats most lactose intolerant Indians. We use a five source plant protein blend instead.
maltitol
A sugar alcohol marketed as "sugar free". It ferments in the colon and causes worse bloating than regular sugar.
sucralose
A chlorinated artificial sweetener. Found in most "diet" and "no sugar" Indian protein bars.
palm oil
The cheapest fat in the Indian food supply. Inflammatory and environmentally destructive. We use real nuts and seeds.
high-fructose corn syrup
Cheap corn syrup used to add sweetness at almost no cost. Strongly linked to insulin resistance.
refined soy
The industrial soy concentrate that cheap bars bulk up on, pulled out with harsh solvents. Never in ours.
artificial colours
No synthetic dyes. Our bars are the colour of their actual ingredients: oats, dates, cocoa and cranberries.
preservatives
No sodium benzoate, BHA, BHT or TBHQ. Shelf life comes from the recipe itself, not chemistry.

questions, asked honestly.

will these bloat me like whey bars do?
For most people, no, and that is the whole reason we exist. The bloat from normal protein bars is usually the dairy whey. We use none. Our protein is a five source plant blend balanced with oats and seeds, so it digests slow and steady. If you are lactose intolerant, this bar is built for you.
what do they actually taste like?
Light and genuinely crisp. We bake ours, the first baked protein bars made in India, so instead of a dense, chewy brick you get a proper crunch. Balanced with quinoa, oats, real nuts and cocoa, so no chalk and no grassy aftertaste. 9 out of 10 people who try it forget it is the healthy one.
how much protein, and how much sugar?
About 10g of plant protein per bar, for roughly 190 calories. Sweetness comes from real ingredients, so you get only a few grams of natural sugar and zero refined sugar, maltitol or sucralose.
are they really dairy free?
Completely. No milk, no whey, no dairy anywhere in the recipe. The protein comes entirely from plants (pea, brown rice, pumpkin seed, almond and hemp), so there is nothing in there for a lactose intolerant gut to react to.
why aren't they ₹40 like mass-market bars?
Cheap bars run on soy flakes, palm oil and whey held together with syrup. Ours use a five source plant blend, real nuts and seeds, and natural sweetness. Better ingredients simply cost more to make. You taste the difference, and so does your gut.
what is actually in them?
Real, recognisable food, all named on the pack: quinoa, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pumpkin, chia and flax seeds, oats, cranberries, a five source plant protein blend, cocoa, coconut oil and natural sweetness. No proprietary blends, no hidden fillers.
